Recently or company start

Hiring the content writers and one of them we get selected and after 2 days we realize the content writer has a problem with psychology was scared or afraid of something and we still realizing that she is taking a sessions from another psychiatrist so which was very alarming situation for me as a team leader and manage the other team members I decided to contact with my one female friend who was a doctor and she let me know how to solve these kind of problems it’s very important to understand when these people are interrupted by some other kind of organization with some toxic relationship with the their employees that are their mental health and it became more harder for someone to protect himself from demotivation of your team member.

My friend recommend me to let her speak really need to speak freely but of everyone so she feel easy in case of man and woman does psychological cases can be different for males the psychology issues regarding the mental health condition can be severe by taking some kind of drugs but in female the case can be as quite different The issue can become from the family’s background and not getting much attraction from their own family members so that hurt them in their entire life
